Terms of Service — Nebsty Planner
English · 한국어
Effective: October 11, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Nebsty Planner app (“the app”), made by Heesu Yang (“the developer”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Use of the app
- You may install and use the app on computers you own or control, for your personal or work planning.
- You may not resell, redistribute or rent out the app, or remove its copyright notices.
- The app, its design and its code remain the property of the developer. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
2. Your content
- Everything you write in the app (tasks, events, memos, documents, images) belongs to you.
- It is saved as ordinary files in the data folder you choose. The developer has no access to it. See the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for keeping backups of your data. The app includes a backup feature to help with this.
3. Beta versions
- Beta versions are provided free of charge for testing and may contain bugs.
- Each beta build stops working after its stated expiry date. Your data stays in your data folder after that and can be opened with any app that reads Markdown.
- Features may change or be removed between versions.
4. Third-party services
- If you turn on sync with Apple Reminders and Calendar, Google Tasks or Google Calendar, or subscribe to calendars (ICS), the app exchanges data with those services on your behalf.
- Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- The developer is not responsible for the availability or behavior of those services. Sync may change or delete items on both sides according to the changes you make, so check the result when you first turn it on.
5. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that data will never be lost.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Your data folder is not deleted when you remove the app. To remove Google access, click Disconnect in the app or visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
8. Changes
If these terms change, this page will show the change with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
